We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase! If you experience any issues with the product or if it's broken, we’re sorry, but we cannot offer a refund. However, we will gladly send you a replacement item.
Terms:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Include a receipt or order confirmation with your return.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Some items, like custom pet products or hygiene items, may not be eligible for return.
